Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for a varied role that also offers exposure to HR?
We are seeking a HR & Payroll Administrator to join our team, providing accurate payroll processing across the Group while supporting a wide range of HR administration activities.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage two payrolls using Moorepay.Ensure payroll accuracy, statutory payments, HMRC submissions and pension contributions.Produce payroll reports and respond to employee payroll queries.Prepare contracts, offer letters and new starter documentation.Support recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews and employee record management.Assist with HR projects and provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle.About You
Minimum 5 years' payroll processing experience.Good knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory requirements.Experience with payroll systems, ideally Moorepay.Previous HR administration experience.Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.Professional, organised and able to handle confidential information with discretion.Why Join Us?
