Registered Care Home Manager Full Time Our care home provides high-quality, person-centred care to residents with varying needs, including general nursing, dementia care, and palliative support. With a strong focus on dignity, compassion, and community, our home is a place where residents feel safe, respected, and truly at home. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to oversee the operations of our care home facility. The Home Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
