General Labourer

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking labourer to assist with an ongoing garden excavation and landscaping project in Watford. The Job The garden is currently being excavated using a mini digger. We need someone to help move the excavated material from the rear garden through the side access to the front driveway, where it will be stockpiled ready for collection by a grab truck. The majority of the work will involve: Wheelbarrowing soil and earth from the rear garden to the front Moving some rubble, broken concrete and other excavation waste Loading and unloading wheelbarrows Keeping the access route clear Organising the waste neatly in the designated grab-truck collection area General site clearing and tidying Assisting with other basic landscaping/labouring tasks where required Pay & Hours £120 per day – equivalent to £15 per hour 8-hour working day Same-day payment Initially 1–2 days of work There is potential for additional days/work for the right person as the landscaping project continues Who We're Looking For This is physical manual work, so you must be comfortable repeatedly moving loaded wheelbarrows throughout the day. You should be Physically fit Hardworking Reliable and punctual Comfortable working outdoors Able to follow instructions Sensible when working around a mini digger and other machinery Previous labouring/landscaping experience is useful but not essential Wheelbarrows and basic tools will be provided. Location: Watford £120/day – same-day pay 8-hour day 1–2 days initially, potentially more Looking for someone who can start ASAP Pay: £15.00 per hour Work Location: In person
