Carpenter / Woodworker

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled woodworker / carpenter to join our team, you will be responsible for assembling pre-machined ironmongery into timber fire doors and frames, glazing vision panels with pre made beads using a variety of tools and techniques. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties: fixing hinges, locks, spy holes, letter boxes, intumescent etc into pre machined door sets according to specificationsOperate power tools and hand tools such as saws, drills, sanders, and routersInstall hardware such as hinges, handles, and locksAssembling pre machine frames togetherFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Skills: Must have at least 3 years carpentry experience. Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for woodworkingKnowledge of joinery techniques and woodworking principlesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings/specificationsStrong attention to detail and precision in measurements and cutsFamiliarity with timber doors and fitting an advantageAbility to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required This is a factory based role in Belvedere. Hours: 6am - 2.45pm Wage dependant upon experience. Onsite Parking. Pay: From £16.00 per hour Benefits On-site parking Experience: Carpentry: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person
