Picker/Packer

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Picker/Packer on behalf of our client based in Braintree, on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy warehouse team in a long-term role with consistent shifts and supportive management. What you’ll be doing: Picking and packing goods accurately and efficiently Preparing items ready for dispatch Assisting with general warehouse duties as required Ensuring work is carried out safely and to company standards Working in both ambient and chilled environments (full PPE provided) What we’re looking for: Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential – training provided) Physically able to carry out light lifting (not heavy) Comfortable working in a cold environment at times Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Salary & Hours: £12.70 per hour 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday to Friday plus Sundays 40+ hours per week (temp-to-perm opportunity) Benefits: Free on-site parking Canteen facilities Consistent weekday hours and Sunday shifts available Long-term job security with permanent prospects Market 36 Recruitment Ltd cover a range of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Engineering, HR & Finance & ITAD.
