Executive Assistant - This role can be based in either our Oxford, London, Birmingham, Nottingham, Milton Keynes, Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Leicester office on a Hybrid basis.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Trust and Tax team. This is a key role, enabling senior leaders to focus on client work by delivering seamless, high-quality administrative support within a modern, national framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage complex diaries and inboxes, prioritising and responding to communicationsCoordinate national and international travel, itineraries, and expensesOrganise meetings and events, including agendas, materials and minutesDraft and format correspondence, presentations, and reports to a high standardMaintain accurate document and filing systems in line with firm policiesAct as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersUse firm systems and processes to manage workflows and ensure efficiencyAbout You:
Experienced Executive or Personal Assistant at senior level (ideally in legal or professional services)Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbalConfident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDiscreet and professional, handling confidential information with careAdvanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with diary and travel managementThis is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership and driving operational excellence across the division.
