We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to a senior leadership team within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
This is a pivotal role, requiring exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to operate with discretion at the most senior level.
The Role
You will provide strategic and operational support to senior executives, ensuring their time is managed effectively and key business priorities are delivered seamlessly.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing complex, fast-paced diaries with competing prioritiesCoordinating UK and international travel arrangementsActing as a gatekeeper and point of contact for senior stakeholdersPreparing high-quality presentations, reports, and board documentationTracking actions, minutes, and deadlines across executive meetingsManaging inboxes and drafting correspondence on behalf of executivesOrganising events, off-sites, and leadership meetingsMaintaining accurate and timely filing of board reports and documentsSupporting budget administration and raising purchase ordersProviding oversight and support to other Executive AssistantsHandling confidential information with absolute discretion
The Person
About You
You will be a confident, polished EA with proven experience supporting senior executives in a demanding environment.
You will bring:
Degree educated (or equivalent experience)Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant at senior or board levelExceptional organisational and diary management skillsStrong business acumen and the ability to anticipate needsAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlinesA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetHigh levels of professionalism, integrity, and confidentialityStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
