Client exposure includes SMEs and small-cap listed companies, giving early access to CFO/CEO-level conversations rather than sitting as a small cog in a large machine, you'll work audits from start to finish. The Role Deliver a range of audit assignments across client portfolios, working with managers and directorsWork both on and off-site as part of an audit teamSupervise and train junior team members alongside managers/partnersPlan audit assignments and financial statements Who You Are ACA or ACCA qualifiedStrong experience with charities/NFP organisations, with a good understanding of the sector's regulatory and reporting requirementsOutstanding communication and influencing skillsComfortable working with multiple stakeholders at all levelsStrong project management skills, able to deliver multiple projects successfullyRelationship-builder, able to build engaged teams and generate additional client workValues feedback, enjoys a learning-focused environmentComfortable in a hybrid environment, effective both remote and in-office
