Logistics Supervisor

CDM Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering business for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing operations team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with warehouse, logistics or stores experience looking to play a key role in a busy engineering environment. Working alongside the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll help coordinate daily warehouse activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.Supervise warehouse activities and assist in leading the team.Loading and unloading vehicles.Stock control and goods in/out.Operate a Counterbalance Forklift.Support lifting operations and material handling.Complete warehouse documentation and records.Maintain high HSE and quality standards. Requirements Previous warehouse or logistics experience within engineering, manufacturing or industrial environments.Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).Leadership or supervisory experience.Good organisational and IT skills.Strong health & safety awareness. Package 31k and up to 35k realistically with overtime which is always offeredPermanent role with training and career development.
