Teach Agency are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming Primary School in Buckden, Cambridgeshire.

The Role
• Full responsibility for a Year 4 class
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Assess, track, and monitor pupil progress
• Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and senior leaders
• Participate in staff meetings and CPD as required
Key Requirements
• Secure knowledge of the Year 4 / KS2 curriculum
• Ability to motivate, challenge, and support pupils of varying abilities
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Professional, reliable, and committed approach
The Ideal Candidate Will
• Hold a degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have an up-to-date CV
• Be entitled to work in the UK
• Hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one
This role is suitable for ECTs and experienced teachers and may be offered on a long-term or permanent basis, depending on the school’s requirements.
