Ensure effective management of company s public relation requirements and negotiate any quotas on residency permits for staff and their familiesAllocate PROs as per the requirementDirects and organizes the overall public relations activities of the organizationPlans and develops public relations internal and external programs and policies, maintaining employee, public, and shareholder interest and acceptanceAssists in identifying the strategic objectives for public relations and communicates those objectives to subordinate managementManaging the residence, employment & visit visa applications, renewals/extensions, cancellations & transfer including employee s family for immigration and laborPlans and implements public relations programs designed to create and maintain favorable public image for the organizationArrange periodic reports on request volumes and sources, application success rates and rejection factors, etc.Receive requests from legal and strategic investments to renew the trade licenses of subsidiaries and ADXRenew the trade license of Aldar on a yearly basisIssue the ALDAR PoA based on legal department requestsCollection of proxy votes for Aldar shareholder for the EGM and AGM on an annual basisAssist head of HR and Administration departments in setting policies and guidelines for visas, work permits, residencies and family related mattersTechnical and Interpersonal SkillsStrong conflict resolution/management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGreat understanding of policies, procedures & work methods.Strong computer skillsExcellent organization skills JOB PURPOSEEnsure effective management provision of all employee related work-permits and visas for Aldar Properties, Hotels & Hospitality and YaslinksManage PROs and liaise with government entities for visas, residence permits, etc.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESQUALIFICATIONBachelor s degree or equivalentKEY RESULT AREASVisas and requests are completed on time0% Block on the immigration and labour systemAchieving the satisfaction target of General services
