Senior Architect - Project Management

This role requires a Senior Architect with a strong project management mindset, responsible for leading projects across all design phases and ensuring smooth coordination through to construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects across multiple design stages, from concept development through construction documentation and site support
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained
• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to secure approvals and ensure compliance
• Oversee design deliverables, timelines, and quality control across projects
• Ensure designs are executed accurately during construction stages

• Strong experience managing projects through full design and construction lifecycle
• Confident in authority submissions, approvals, and regulatory coordination
• Organized, systems-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in concept and design development stages for residential, mixed-use, commercial, or large-scale developments
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai authority approval processes and regulations
