Sales Manager-UK-WORXMART [Global Outsourcing platform and solutions]
Jadeer is hiring for WORXMART ,Are you a strategic hunter with a mindset and passion for transforming businesses through world-class outsourcing? We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth across our BPO, ITO, HRO, and F&A AI-enabled verticals. As a leader in the outsourcing space, we help global enterprises scale by providing specialized operational excellence. If you thrive on building high-value partnerships, navigating complex sales cycles and driving business growth, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
• Revenue Generation: Identify and close new business opportunities across our core service lines (Business Process Outsourcing, IT Outsourcing, HR Outsourcing, and Finance & Accounting).
• Strategic Consultative Selling:
Understand client pain points and architect bespoke outsourcing solutions that drive ROI and efficiency.
• Market Expansion: Proactively build a robust pipeline of enterprise-level prospects through own solid connections, networking, social selling, and industry events.
• Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex buying committees, engaging with C-Suite executives (CXOs, CIOs , CHROs and CFOs) to align our services with their business goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with our operations and solutions teams to ensure seamless transitions from "sold" to "delivered."
What Were Looking For
• Experience: 10+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically within the Outsourcing/BPO/Managed Services
industry. With minimum 3 years in UK market
• Connections: Solid and active high level contacts in the said country/region within various industry domains demanding our services
• Versatility: Proven track record of selling across multiple domains (BPO, HR, IT and Finance).
• The "Hunter" Mindset:
A self-starter who is energized by cold outreach and building a territory from the ground up.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to simplify complex service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Global Perspective: Experience working with international markets and understanding offshore/nearshore delivery models is a must.
• Location: To be located in UK
for the past 3 years minimum is a must
• Language : Fluent in English
• Nationality : British nationality
