The Indian Beauty Limited is a well-established beauty and personal care business providing a wide range of professional beauty and wellness services to a diverse client base. The business has experienced consistent growth, with increasing demand for repeat appointments, advance bookings, and tailored service packages. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Business Sales Executive to support client engagement, sales performance, and revenue growth.

\ N Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.\ N Promote salon services, packages, and seasonal offers in line with business objectives and sales targets.\ N Identify and develop new business opportunities, including event-based, group, and corporate bookings.

\ N Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and booking outcomes.\ N Monitor sales performance and prepare regular updates for management.\ N Support marketing and promotional initiatives by providing sales insights and customer feedback.

\ N Proven experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.\ N Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\ N Commercial awareness with aproactive, results-driven approach.

\ N Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.\ N Experience within the beauty, wellness, retail, or service-based sector is desirable but not essential.\ N Competitive salary based onskills and experience.
