Sales & Interior Design Associate

We are seeking a Sales & Interior Design Associate to deliver a premium customer experience while driving sales in a luxury furniture and interior design environment. The role combines consultative selling, design support, and showroom operations, acting as a brand ambassador from client engagement to after-sales service.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist clients, identifying design and furnishing needs.Promote and sell furniture collections and interior design solutions.Prepare quotations, proposals, and design presentations (2D/3D support).Collaborate with interior designers and 3D teams on client projects.Meet individual sales targets and follow up on leads.Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and price tagging.Coordinate orders, documentation, and after-sales support.Conduct site visits when required. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in furniture retail, luxury interiors, or high-end sales.Strong client engagement, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.Confident, professional, creative, and detail-oriented with a high-end presentation.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Passion for interior design, furniture, and luxury retail.Degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is a plus.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, PowerPoint, CRM and AI tools is an advantage.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.What We Offer:Competitive base salary + attractive commission structure.Continuous training and development within a global design brand.Career growth opportunities in a premium, design-led environment.Full benefits as per UAE Labour Law
