As a Retail Manager (store based) forour SKIMS flagship store.Youwill be responsible to lead and oversee the operations, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer experience, over achievement of all store related targets and strong team performance across the store.
Responsible for driving a high-performance culture, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Responsibilities
Functional Roles & Responsibilities
• Drive sales to achieve and exceed store targets through effective leadership and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, implementing strategies and action plans to develop the business.
• Ensure the store delivers an industry leading service culture at all times.
• Stay informed on market trends related to the industry, product categories, customer preferences, and competitor activity
• Prepare sales analyses and reports on operational performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to support informed decision-making and brand strategy development.
• Track sales performance against forecasts, analyze trends and leverage insights to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
• 360 P&L awareness and implement strategies to protect profit and manage cost lines.
• Recruit, train and retain a high-performing team.
• Oversee all aspects of stock management across the brand, ensuring compliance with procedures while guiding the team to achieve optimal stock levels and minimize loss.
• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure consistent implementation and maintenance of brand VM standards across all stores.
• Plan and execute sales promotions and marketing initiatives in alignment with operational guidelines, ensuring effective execution and maximum impact.
• Enforce and monitor compliance with store operations policies and procedures to maintain consistent and efficient operations
People Management Roles and Responsibilities
• Provide guidance and motivation to team members to drive high performance and quality output, while actively supporting their continuous development.
Qualifications
Education/Certification and Continued Education
• Graduate in any discipline
Years of Experience
• 5-7 years' experience successfully managing a fast-paced, large-format or multiple profitable retail stores with a headcount of 70+
•
