Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Desk
• Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Administrative Duties
• Handle general office administration and clerical tasks
• Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems
• Assist with document preparation, reports, and correspondence
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules
• Support HR and management with basic admin tasks (employee records, onboarding documents, etc.)
• Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
• Manage company petty cash, record daily expenses, and update transactions accurately in Zoho software
• Assist with travel arrangements, courier services, and utility coordination when required
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant (UAE experience at least 1 year preferred)
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of basic HR administration
• Familiarity with UAE office practices and documentation
• Customer-service oriented mindset
