Quantity Surveyor - Measurement

Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous Quantity Surveyor - Measurement to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately measuring and estimating construction costs for various projects.
Job Responsibility:
- Conducting on-site measurements and assessments of construction projects.
- Analyzing project drawings and specifications to determine quantities of materials and labor required.
- Estimating project costs based on measurements and specifications.
- Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate cost estimation.
- Preparing and submitting reports on project measurements and cost estimates.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard measurement tools and software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
