Job Description
• Review tender design drawings, specifications, BOQ etc.
• Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off and comparing it with tender quantities
• Preparation of a List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification.
• Coordination with other staff to ensure that tender deadlines, procedures, and project requirements are met.
• Comprehension of local authority requirements and international standards.
• Coordinating with other departments to provide necessary support.
Qualifications, Experience and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related field.
• Computer skills MS Office, PlanSwift and Auto CAD
• Minimum experience 3 7 years as a Quantity Surveyor in the Fitout industry
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Knowledge of measurement methods (POMI).
