Our client, a small and well-established automotive parts business, is seeking a reliable Picker/Packer to join their team. This role would suit someone looking for long-term job stability, or an entry-level candidate who would like the opportunity to develop over time. The working environment is calm and well-organised, and staff are not overworked. Duties include:
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Preparing items for dispatch
• Maintaining a tidy and organised workspace
Be reliable and punctual
• Have good attention to detail
• Use common sense and work well independently
• Be seeking long-term employment (not suitable for job-hoppers)
• Previous experience preferred, but not essential - full training provided
Stable, permanent employment
• Fixed hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
• Supportive small-business environment
• Progression available for those who want it
