Role Overview
We are hiring a creative breakout marketer who wants full ownership of the funnel and the freedom to scale a marketing function end to end. This role is built for someone early in their career who has already proven they can execute and now wants full creative control, real responsibility, and long-term growth.
You will own the strategy, content, design, distribution, and conversion engine. You will not inherit a rigid playbook. You will build the playbook.
This role fits someone who thrives on autonomy, speed, and experimentation and who wants to grow into a future Head of Marketing role through real outcomes, not tenure.
What You Will Own
Content Creation and Creative Direction
• Personally create:
• Blog posts
• White papers
• How-to guides
• LinkedIn video concepts and scripts
• Vertical-specific materials
• Shape the voice, positioning, and narrative across the brand
• Translate strategy into content people engage with
• Build repeatable content frameworks as volume increases
Content Calendar and Execution
• Build and run the full editorial calendar
• Control production timelines and shipping cadence
• Decide what gets created, when it launches, and where it goes
• Adjust output based on performance, not opinions
Design Ownership
• Own the full creative look and feel across:
• Content assets
• Landing pages
• Ads
• Execute design directly using modern tools
• Define the visual system as the brand scales
• Optimize assets for clarity and conversion
Paid Strategy and Growth
• Own the entire paid strategy across:
• LinkedIn Ads
• Google Ads
• Decide:
• Audiences
• Messaging
• Budget pacing
• Creative testing approach
• Connect content directly to distribution and lead generation
HubSpot and Funnel Ownership
• Build:
• HubSpot landing pages
• Forms
• Workflows
• Create custom landing pages for:
• Each vertical
• Each domain
• Track conversion from first click through qualified lead
• Improve the funnel continuously through testing
