ROLE SUMMARYThe Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue and adoption of onQloud’s cloud and security solutions by engaging customers and partners with strong technical and business understanding.This role requires a professional who can confidently discuss cloud and security risks, identify real business impact, and convert opportunities into orders.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Drive new business and account expansion for cloud and security solutions• Engage directly with CIOs, CXOs, and senior IT leaders• Identify customer risk, compliance, and security gaps and position onQloud solutions• Own the opportunity lifecycle from lead to closure• Work closely with Pre-Sales to convert opportunities into orders• Build and activate channel partners as required• Ensure 100% CRM hygiene in Zoho (no update = no credit)MUST-HAVE EXPERTISE• Strong understanding of Cloud platforms (IaaS, SaaS, Backup, DRaaS)• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity and Data Protection concepts• Ability to translate technical risk into clear business impactKEY KPIs• Revenue and target achievement• Opportunity-to-order conversion ratio• Mid-size deal closures• Zoho CRM discipline PROFILE REQUIRED• 6–10 years of experience in Cloud / Security / B2B IT sales• Technically strong with solid commercial judgment• Comfortable with decision-driven sellingMINDSET EXPECTED• Business-owner mindset• Clear timelines and decisions in every engagement
