Insurance Executive

Job PurposeAs an Insurance Executive, you will play a key role in supporting various insurance functions across operations, underwriting, claims, and customer service. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on exposure to the core workings of an established insurance provider and grow professionally through structured learning and development programs.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in underwriting, policy issuance, and renewals.Support claims processing and customer interactions.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.Review and process insurance documentation and data entries.Analyze client needs and assist in recommending appropriate insurance solutions.Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.Deliver exceptional service to clients and business partners. RequirementsUAE National with valid Emirates ID.Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or any relevant field.Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a corporate environment.Positive attitude, team spirit, and professional ethics.
