Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Strong drive to generate and convert leads, develop their portfolio, and close sales successfully, focusing on both personal and commercial motor as well as health insurance. Must have good portfolio in Medical, General & motor insurance.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)

Minimum 3 years UAE experience in motor insurance or bancassurance sales

Proven ability to independently generate car insurance business and meet targets

Role Responsibilities:

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with referral clients

Promote new products through regular client engagement

Maximize profitability through upselling and added-value services

Offer tailored insurance solutions based on client needs

Provide prompt, professional customer support

Stay updated on products, competitors, and market trends

Track and report performance against sales targets

Collaborate with underwriters to modify policies when needed
