About Our Client We are seeking a Helpdesk Technician to work for an innovative technology services provider supporting more than 8,000 clients across telecoms and media services, with specialisms in website design, SEO, PPC, and virtual number/VoIP solutions.Based in their new Eastleigh office, a team of 40 professionals is driving an ambitious digital transformation to modernise internal processes and enhance their product portfolio. Following a recent partnership with a private equity firm, they are targeting significant growth over the next 3–4 years.The RoleYou will work in a collaborative customer service team who work across VoIP, Telephone Numbers, Broadband, Websites, PPC, SEO and social media, ensuring every customer interaction is handled professionally and efficientlyHandling inbound calls, payment calls, and general enquiriesProcessing new orders (telephone numbers, websites, broadband, etc.)Setting up call diverts and reinstating servicesLiaising with suppliers and keeping customers updatedSpotting opportunities to enhance the customer experienceManaging cancellations with care and accuracyAbout YouPrevious customer service experience (essential)Friendly, professional telephone mannerStrong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, must be able to do basic formulas)Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processesCalm and professional approach, even under pressureA self-starter who is always looking to improveWhat’s in it for you25 days’ holiday plus bank holidaysCompany pension schemeFree on-site parkingRegular company events, team incentives and recognitionSupportive team environment with clear career progression
