Group Finance Manager (Finalization & Audit)

Prepare monthly standalone and consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS.Conduct analytical reviews of subsidiary financials and group reports.Monitor and report on intercompany reconciliations and differences.Collaborate with unit finance teams and other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Support the preparation of five-year business plans, annual budgets, and KPIs for group entities.Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective measures.Maintain the Group Chart of Accounts (COA) to ensure standardised accounting practices.Lead quarterly reviews and annual audits with external auditors.Coordinate with consultants for Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, and ICV audits.Drive process improvement initiatives across the finance function.Mentor and guide the finance and accounting team. CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification is mandatory.Minimum 10 years’ experience, preferably within diversified manufacturing or engineering groups.Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation, and audit finalisation.Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Experience in ERP-based financial environments.
