Freight Forwarding & Logistics Coordinator

We’re looking for a hands-on Freight Forwarding & Logistics Coordinator to manage sales support, operations, documentation, and carrier coordination end-to-end.

This is a key role for someone who enjoys multitasking, building processes, and working closely with customers and shipping lines.

Key Resposibilites

Sales Support & Customer Coordination

• Prepare and follow up on freight quotations (Air, Sea, Road)

• Coordinate shipment requirements with clients

• Support business development and customer relationships

Freight Operations (End-to-End)

• Manage import/export shipments

• Handle bookings, documentation, and tracking

• Coordinate with customs brokers, transporters & warehouses

• Resolve operational issues and delays

Shipping Line & Carrier Liaison

• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines & NVOCCs

• Request and negotiate freight rates

• Manage space bookings and schedules

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare BL, AWB, invoices & packing lists

• Ensure Incoterms & UAE regulatory compliance

Commercial & Financial Support

• Track shipment costs & revenues

• Support invoicing and collections

Requirements
• 5–10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics
• Strong knowledge of Air, Sea & Road freight
• Experience with shipping lines, airlines & NVOCCs
• Hands-on with shipping documents & customs procedures
• Familiar with UAE logistics market
• Strong coordination & communication skills
• Startup or small-company experience is a plus
