Contract Type: Temporary – Contract until the end of this year, with potential for extension and possible permanent employment
Pay: £13.49 per hour
Reporting to: Warehouse Team Lead

Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:15
Friday: 07:30 – 15:00Breaks:
2 × 15-minute paid breaks per shift
1 × 30-minute unpaid break per shiftFlexibility required to support additional hours during the week and at weekends when needed.
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver to support operations within the CMB Stores. This role is initially temporary until the end of the year. There is potential for extension and possible permanent employment; however, this is not guaranteed.
Main Responsibilities
Operate a forklift truck safely in full compliance with site Health & Safety requirements
Take responsibility for own safety and the safety of others
Adhere to Safety Systems and Site PSMS (Personnel Safety Management Systems)
Pick materials for issue to site
Store materials in racking and shelving locations
Load and unload materials using a forklift
Deliver materials to site via forklift
Assist at the warehouse service counter when required
Receive and receipt goods deliveries
Enter data into the Warehouse Management System (SAP) and spreadsheets
Dispatch materials as required
Participate in an on-call rota for site emergency material requests
Support additional hours when required to meet customer needs
Respond to ad hoc tasks and requests from managementSkills & Experience Required
Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
Good numeracy, literacy, communication skills, and attention to detail
IT literacy (training provided where appropriate)
Proven forklift truck experience (training can be provided if necessary)
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently and as part of a team
