Flexible Supply Teaching Assistant – Chester andamp; Ellesmere Port
Salary: £105 per day, paid weekly
Contract: Flexible supply work – short-term and long-term opportunities available
Are you a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in supportive primary schools?
Hirecracker Education are working with a range of inclusive and welcoming mainstream primary schools across Chester and Ellesmere Port who are looking for reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils on a flexible basis.

What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting pupils in class on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, or as general classroom support
• Assisting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons and activities
• Helping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN where required
• Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and positive behaviour
• Supervising pupils during activities, transitions, and break times when needed
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting (desirable)
• A caring, patient, and positive approach to supporting pupils
• Ability to adapt to different school environments and year groups
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and reliable attitude
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
