Female Quantity Surveyor (Fit-Out Works)

Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for fit-out projects
Estimate costs, materials, and labor for interior/fit-out works
Monitor project budgets, track variations, and control costs
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and design teams on cost-related matters
Review contracts, subcontract agreements, and change orders
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for project financials

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles for fit-out/interior works
Proficiency in estimating software, Excel, and MS Office
Attention to detail, analytical skills, and cost-control abilities
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations is a plus
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor s degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Experience: 2 5 years in fit-out, interior, or finishing works projects
Knowledge of construction costs, BOQ preparation, and tender documentation
