House of Marbles is looking for a motivated individual to join our Trade Sales team as a Customer Service Advisor.

Reporting to the Customer Service and Systems Manager, this role carries a range of responsibilities and is a varied, administration-focused position. We're looking for someone to provide essential support to the sales team and help us maintain the high level of customer service our clients depend on.

Roles and Responsibilities (Will include but not be limited to the following):
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Answering incoming calls, emails and daily incoming and outgoing mail
• Liaising with customers by providing support with payments, delivery discrepanices and basic customer complaints and enquiries
• Provide administrative support to the UK Sales Manager and Sales Team
• Provide support with trade show preparation and attend shows as required

Candidate Profile:
• Excellent verbal, written and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and learning new systems
• Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or sales support role (Not essential)
• Interest in working in a B2B sales environment
