Job Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost reports
Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets
Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders
Assist in contract administration and financial reporting
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
Preferred Skills:
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and cost control software
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in civil engineering (mandatory)
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in cost control and/or quantity surveying.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and cost monitoring
Experience in preparing BOQs, variations, and final accounts
Ability to analyze project costs and control expenditures effectively
Familiarity with construction contracts and project documentation
Strong communication and coordination skills
