Day-to-day of the role: Conduct thorough assessments and interventions for children and their families.Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with other professionals.Regularly review and update case files to ensure the best outcomes for children.Provide support and advice to families, working towards safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.Maintain accurate records and reports in accordance with legal and organisational requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: A recognised qualification in Social Work.Registration with Social Work England.Experience in children’s services, assessment, and intervention.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.Commitment to ongoing professional development.
