Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative Chief Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu planning, food quality, kitchen management, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Willing to be relocated in North Africa.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all kitchen operations and food preparation
• Design and update menus according to business needs and seasonal availability
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
• Manage kitchen staff, schedules, and performance
• Control food cost, portioning, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
• Coordinate with management for events, specials, and promotions
• Train and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Chief Chef or Head Chef
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays
