Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals, including soft or texture-modified diets
Balance creativity and practicality: manage stock, ordering, and budgeting
Collaborate with care staff to meet residents’ dietary needs and preferences
Organise special events and themed meals that bring joy and engagement What We’re Looking For:
Proven Head Chef experience (care, hospitality, or healthcare welcome)
Passion for delivering high-quality, delicious, and nutritious food
A leader who can motivate a team, spark creativity, and maintain top standards
Organised, flexible, and able to think on your feet
