Full-Time Call Centre Agent - Immediate Start

Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm, Full-Time

Location: Norwich - fully office based

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Call Centre Agent to join our client's team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer enquiries via phone

Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally

Make outbound calls

Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic manner

Supporting the admin team with general office tasks

Ensuring a smooth and professional customer experienceRequirements:

Strong communication and organisational skills

Good attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office
