The role involves handling phone orders, answering customer inquiries, and providing accurate information about our menu, promotions, and delivery services. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Receive and process customer orders over the phone
• Answer customer inquiries about menu items, prices, and promotions
• Communicate clearly in Arabic and English
• Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery team to ensure order accuracy
• Handle customer complaints professionally and politely
• Enter orders accurately into the system
• Maintain a friendly and professional tone at all times
Requirements:
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in a restaurant, call center, or customer service role is a plus
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and order-entry skills
• Flexible availability (including weekends or peak hours if required)
