Business Development Manager – Executive Search & Recruitment

Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to expand our executive search and permanent recruitment portfolio in the UAE & Middle East. This role is focused on driving growth by identifying, securing, and nurturing new client relationships (government entities, Project portfolio companies, multinationals, and giga-projects). You will be a market-facing professional selling premium, bespoke recruitment solutions to C-level stakeholders, CHROs, and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
• Market Expansion & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enter new industry verticals and expand market share in UAE.
• Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, high-level outreach, and strategic pitching to C-suite and HR decision-makers.
• Consultative Selling: Sell the value of retained executive search and specialized permanent recruitment solutions against standard contingency models.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders,, fostering repeat business and referrals.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze UAE market trends, competitor activity, and sales strategies.
• Proposal & Tender Management: Prepare and present customized, high-value proposals, tenders, and service agreements.
• Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with the internal research and delivery teams to ensure sold mandates are realistic, well-defined, and deliverable.
• Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, driving top-line revenue growth.
Key Skills & Requirements
• Experience: 3–7+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, specifically within executive search, recruitment consulting, or professional services.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Recruitment business landscape, including key sectors like Engineering, Manufacturing, FMCG, Aerospace & Aviation, Technology, and Infrastructure.
• Network: An established network of key decision-makers (CEOs, CHROs, Board Members) in UAE & GCC & Middle East is highly preferred.
• Communication: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated approach to building a business unit from the ground up.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
