Position: Business Development Manager/ Product Lead
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reports to: CEO/COO
Preferably: EUROPEAN
Starting pay: AED 10,000.
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and growth targets.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with schools and community organizations.
- Promote Small Steps services and enroll new children in therapy programs, training courses, and workshops.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Lead marketing and outreach efforts in collaboration with the operations and marketing teams.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients and partners.
- Work closely with the management team to set and achieve growth targets.
- Represent Small Steps at events, exhibitions, and conferences to raise awareness of our mission and services.
- Track, report, and analyze business development activities and performance against KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in special education, Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the education, training, or healthcare sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results.
- Knowledge of the UAE education and regulatory landscape (KHDA, CDA, DHA) is an advantage.- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
