Business Development Manager - FM Operations

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and secure new FM projects. Identify and develop new business opportunities in FM services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers. Collaborate with operations to ensure successful project delivery. Achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, FM, or related field. 7-10 years experience in business development or sales in FM industry is requiredStrong understanding of FM operations and services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
