Develop and execute business development strategies for the Arabic desk & Indian Desk within the GCC regionAcquire new clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and strategic partners focused on the GCC marketBuild and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and partners Identify new market opportunities and analyze competitor activityAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business targetsRepresent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunitiesCoordinate with internal teams (marketing, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and client supportPrepare regular reports on performance, pipeline, and market trendsRespond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring high service standards.Analyze client and partner needs and take appropriate actions based on individual needs.Promote the company’s products and services to existing and prospective clients.Offer business development ideas on market and results development to supervisorsStay up to date with the latest company offerings, promotions, and policies, and communicate these effectively to clients and partners Proven minimum of 2 years experience in business development or sales within theFX, CFD Experience working in or targeting the GCC region is a strong advantageExisting network of clients, IBs, or partners is highly preferredExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsCandidates should speak either Arabic or Hindi (not mandatory to know both)English proficiency is an added advantagSelf-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independentlyHigh level of integrity, reliability, and professionalismProficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and CRM systemsWillingness to travel within the GCC region when requiredWhat We Offer:1.
