Description
China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is recruiting Architectural Manager/Sr. Architect to join our technical team in a newly awarded High Rise Tower Project in Dubai, UAE.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reviewing designs, drawings, specifications, BOQ & modifications required to suit to prevailing site conditions .
• Reviewing packages & coordinating with subcontractors for all technical queries & highlighting discrepancies pre & post tendering.
• Managing a team of structural & architectural draughtsman for preparation of shop drawings.
• Coordinating with MEP requirements .
• Receiving of material indents from site, analyzing the requirement & submission for approval.
• Evaluating & determining appropriate construction delivery systems & most cost effective plans for the project completion .
• Overseeing the selection of contractors & consultant to complete specific pieces of the project.
• Reviewing & preparing Method of Statements and submitting to consultant.
• Attending Weekly Progress meeting with the Client and Consultant and resolve critical issues.
• Liaising with Sub Contractor, contractors , consultants & Suppliers and coordinating for all the technical Requirements & obtaining clearances.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Architect
• 8+ years of relevant experience
