Description

To manage front-desk operations and support administrative activities in the construction/technical services sector.Key Responsibilities:Manage front-desk, greet visitors, handle calls, and coordinate appointments.Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.Handle emails, letters, courier deliveries, and coordinate with project teams.Support HR and accounts with data entry, attendance tracking, and document organization.Maintain office supplies and assist in report preparation.Ensure professional office presentation and handle client inquiries with confidentiality. Requirements:Minimum 2 years of professional experience (UAE/GCC preferred).Previous experience in construction, contracting, or technical services is a plus.Strong communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
